Guy Etienne
Guy Etienne is a dedicated real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty, bringing integrity, market knowledge, and a people-first philosophy to every transaction. Born in Haiti, Guy emigrated to the United States in 1969 to pursue his educational goals, completing his high school, college, and graduate studies with determination and focus. His journey reflects his deep belief in the American dream—and his commitment to helping others achieve it through homeownership.
Real estate, for Guy, is more than buying and selling property; it is about building stability, generational wealth, and long-term happiness. He works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through each phase of the transaction process—from market analysis and property valuation to negotiation strategy and closing coordination. Known for his patience and attentive listening skills, Guy takes time to understand his clients’ goals, ensuring every decision aligns with their financial objectives and lifestyle needs. His approach combines data-driven insights with personalized service, resulting in smooth transactions and confident clients.
Having lived in the area since 1991, Guy offers deep local market expertise and firsthand community knowledge. He has proudly watched his three children attend and graduate from High School East in Dix Hills before moving on to college, further strengthening his connection to the community.
Outside of real estate, Guy enjoys basketball and soccer—both of which he played at the varsity level in college—as well as art and music. A lifelong guitarist, he especially appreciates classical and jazz, bringing the same discipline and creativity to his profession as he does to his music.
